CANCELLATION POLICY

Important, Please read: ..On quarterly, semi annual & annual subscriptions, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any of our products, but do allow modification of product subscriptions . Please be sure that you are willing to commit to the term of the subscription that you are ordering..
Month to Month Subscriptions:    Each issue, (monthly charge), defined as access to our data until the first Tuesday of the following month, is non-refundable. Your membership will automatically renew. The User agrees and authorizes Foreclosure Listing Service, Inc to process a charge to the User’s credit card or checking account provided by User during User’s registration or User information update process to prepay User’s membership. 

The User may terminate the membership contract by one of four ways: 
By e-mailing a cancellation request to cancellation@roddyreport.com at least five (5) days prior to the first Tuesday of the month . 
By telephoning a cancellation request to 972.250.0993 or 1-866/301-1FLS during business hours of 8:30am to 5pm CST Monday through Friday at least 5 days prior to prior to the first Tuesday of the month.
By faxing a cancellation request to 972.407-1040 at least five (5) days prior to the first Tuesday of the month 
By mailing a cancellation request at least ten (10) days prior to the first Tuesday of the month to: Foreclosure Listing Service, Inc 4851 Keller Springs Rd #219 Addison, Texas 75001 Attn: Cancellation Dept - In all of the above options, please provide your login and password information as well as the products that you wish to cancel.
